Bus Pick-Up Schedule
Transportation will be provided for hotel guests to and from the ceremony and reception on Saturday, February 1st. The buses will pick up from both the Vinoy Resort and AC Hotel.
If you are not staying at either hotel, we ask that you please meet at one of these locations if you would like transportation to the ceremony. For guests staying at the Hampton Inn, it is 3 minute walk to the AC Hotel. If you are staying at an Airbnb or vacation rental property that is not within walking distance of either hotel, we recommend Uber or Lyft to the ceremony.
Location 1: The Vinoy Resort
Pick-Up Time: 4:30 pm
Please note: The buses will pick-up on the side of the Vinoy on Beach Drive between 6th Street and 7th Street North. The bus will depart no later than 4:50 pm.
Location 2: The AC Hotel
Pick-Up Time: 4:30 pm
Please note: the bus will depart no later than 4:50 pm.
For the out of town guests, buses will remain onsite at St Thomas’ Episcopal Church during the ceremony to transport guests to the reception located at The Vinoy Resort.
